The staff was helpful and friendly. They even escorted me to a local phone shop to get my phone repaired. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for families with babies. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short distance from the main tourist attractions and the central train station. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious.

I was actually surprised by the delicious breakfast options offered at Hotel San Michele. The variety of food provided was excellent and definitely satisfied my morning cravings. The friendly and helpful staff also made my stay enjoyable, always ready to answer any questions I had. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms made me feel right at home. Despite the hotel being located in a somewhat less desirable neighborhood, I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the old town and close to the main bus and metro stations, made exploring the city easy. I had a great experience at Hotel San Michele and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the station and the ferry port. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the room was always clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a wide array of food to choose from. The hotel also provided great services such as car hire and housekeeping, making our stay even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to friends.
