The staff was helpful and friendly. They even escorted me to a local phone shop to get my phone repaired. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for families with babies. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short distance from the main tourist attractions and the central train station. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious.

I was actually surprised by the delicious breakfast options offered at Hotel San Michele. The variety of food provided was excellent and definitely satisfied my morning cravings. The friendly and helpful staff also made my stay enjoyable, always ready to answer any questions I had. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms made me feel right at home. Despite the hotel being located in a somewhat less desirable neighborhood, I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the old town and close to the main bus and metro stations, made exploring the city easy. I had a great experience at Hotel San Michele and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station, making it easy to visit the surrounding tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice interior design. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing advice on things to do and see. The breakfast offers a good variety of food, including croissants, toast, cereal, and fresh juice. Plus, some rooms even have a nice view of the street from the terrace.
The neighborhood outside the hotel can be a bit uneasy to navigate, with some streets being dirty and filled with garbage.
